G10Tips Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the site, platform, tables, reports or services of G10Tips, the user declares having read and accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the other notices published on the platform.

If the user does not agree with these terms, they must not use the services.

2. Nature of G10Tips

G10Tips is a platform for informational content, mathematical organization, sports statistics and the structured presentation of combinations related to sports lotteries and football events.

G10Tips is not a bookmaker. G10Tips:

• does not receive or register bets;
• does not run contests, draws or games;
• does not collect money intended for betting;
• does not hold bettors' balances;
• does not pay prizes;
• does not determine sports results;
• does not represent bookmakers;
• does not guarantee winnings, prizes or financial results.

Any bet is placed by the user, at their own risk and responsibility, directly with operators legally authorized in their jurisdiction.

3. Purpose of the tables and analyses

The tables and features provided by G10Tips are intended to:

• mathematically organize combinations;
• apply statistical filters;
• present possibilities in a structured way;
• support the study of scenarios;
• provide validation reports after the official results.

The information is not a promise of winnings, a financial investment, financial advice or a guarantee of success. Sports results are unpredictable and past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Age requirements

Services related to sports lotteries and adult-oriented content are exclusive to people aged 18 or over, or the minimum legal age applicable in the user's country. By using these areas, the user declares to be of legal age.

5. User account

The user is responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• protecting their password and credentials;
• not sharing their account;

G10Tips may suspend accounts used fraudulently, abusively or contrary to these terms.

6. Plans, subscriptions and payments

Some content may require a one-off purchase, subscription or membership plan. Before purchase, the following will be disclosed: the content included, the access period, the price, the payment method, any renewal, cancellation rules and refund conditions, where applicable.

Payments may be processed by external providers, such as Stripe. G10Tips does not directly store full bank card details when payment is processed by the external provider.

7. Intellectual property

The tables, texts, reports, trademarks, layouts, materials, organization methods and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Without authorization, it is prohibited to:

• copy the content in full;
• resell tables or reports;
• share paid access;
• publish materials in groups, sites or social networks;
• remove authorship notices;
• use bots for mass content scraping;
• commercially reproduce the structure of the materials.

8. Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the platform for: fraud; intrusion; undue reverse engineering; malware distribution; attempts to bypass access controls; unauthorized automated collection; violation of third-party rights; account sharing; unauthorized resale; and illegal activities.

9. Service availability

G10Tips will strive to keep the platform available and updated but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, API unavailability, issues with external suppliers or events beyond the platform's reasonable control.

10. Sports data and sources

Sports information may be provided by APIs, public sources or external partners. Times, crests, results, line-ups, statistics and other data may be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Official results published by the organizing bodies always prevail.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, G10Tips shall not be liable for: bets placed by the user; financial losses; decisions made based on the analyses; errors in data provided by third parties; temporary unavailability; sports results; misuse of the tables; and improper sharing of credentials by the user.

Nothing in these terms removes rights guaranteed by mandatory consumer-protection legislation.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes. The last update date is shown at the top of the page.
